City of Baton Rouge 1866 (ca.1960-70's) Approval Proof Souvenir Card for 1982 SPMC Show in Memphis. Memphis, TN. Progress Approval Proof of souvenir card with $1, 1866 note missing the red staff. Signed on the bottom by Aurelia Chen and dated 4-19-1982, the back has ABN date hand stamps. Includes excess margins and guide lines which would have been trimmed off on the final card. Unique approval proof. ABNC.
