Thomas De La Rue Sample Book from 1958 For Venezuelan Client With Specimen Notes. England and Venezuela. Included is the Leather bound Sample book with 4 tipped in specimen banknotes, with original correspondence listing the contents. Includes the following specimens; Bolivia, 1945, 10 Bolivianos, P-141s; Brazil, ND, 10 Cruzeiros, P-159c; Peru, 1957, 500 Soles, P-80s; and, Uruguay, 1939, 1000 Pesos, P-41bs, all are mounted on the right back margin to the book and would grade between Choice AU to CU. The book originally contained 17 specimen banknotes by TDLR. Also included are 2 different TDLR pieces of correspondence, including a letter written entirely in Spanish as well as an inventory list of the contents of the book. Rare and interesting TDLR sample book.
