ARAB-BYZANTINE: Standing Emperor, ca. 670s-680s, AE fals (2.97g), Jerusalem, ND, A-3521, Goodwin type VI, standing emperor holding long cross and globus cruciger / cursive m surrounded by Greek inscription IEPO / ΛOΛH / MΩN, "of the people of Jerusalem ", above-average strike for this type, Fine to VF, RRR. An extremely rare type, first published by Meshorer in 1987, but with an estimated 15-20 pieces currently known. There is a trace of an unread Greek legend on the obverse.
