Franked 3pf x 2, 5pf, 10pf and 20pf ('two hyphen overprint') each individually tied by 'Wanderstempel' provisional cancellation of negative seal (dated 10/1) struck in black. The 10pf only is further cancelled by the town's name in manuscript. Backstamped “MAINZ” arrival.
