He was a member of the Order of Tin Hats (miniature hat included), he was a professional footballer playing for Accrington Stanley and Manchester City 1934 scored against Newcastle 1934, he was from Ushaw Moor, lot includes research copy details and WWII souvenir of 8th Army Silk cushion cover, his son also served R.A.F and his G.S.M. Eliz II with Malaya clasp is included, this is named in R.A.F. engraved capitals to 2770988 AC11, D. Wright R.A.F. EF
