Pre-Long Beach Auction #84

1853 N-15 R2 Repunched 5 NGC graded MS62 Brown. Frosty medium brown and light chocolate with peeps of faded mint color showing in some of the protected areas on both sides. Nice eye appeal and only a few trivial marks. The notable ones are a faint horizontal hairline scratch from the nose to the dentils over star 3 and a speck of crud between stars 8 & 9 (probably removable). MDS, die state b. The repunching at the left top of the 5 is bold. Our grade is MS60.
