Struck on a relatively thick (approximately. gram) flan/planchet from a somewhat rusted die. Some original color in legend. Similar to Linecar and Stone 'English Proof and Pattern Crown Size Pieces page 33, number 143, but in copper. Lightly striated edge. Almost uncirculated and extremely rare. NGC graded MS-62 Brown. Estimated Value $500 - 700
