Pre-Long Beach Auction #84

1787 Connecticut Miller 33.2-Z.5 Rarity-1 VF25. Draped Bust Left. Slightly glossy dark olive brown and steel. The surfaces are nice but not perfectly smooth with microscopic granularity under the mostly glossy toning. The only mark is a smoothed rim nick under the shoulder. MDS with a die crack from the D in INDE to the waist of the seated figure. The date and legends are complete and strong. Weight 130.1 grains. Listed on page 62 in the "Redbook."
