1869: Postal Fiscal 5 c. black on blued paper (Gi F37), a used horizontal pair on 10 February 1872 cover from Sucre to Valparaiso, tied by two strikes of framed "FRANCA" handstamps in black; with oval "J.J. AGUIREEZAVALA Y CA. / COBIJA" Forwarding Agent cachet in blue at left (Feb 27). Horizontal file fold away from the stamps with some ageing but a very rare issue on letter.
