Officials, 1891 (May): 5s. pale rose, watermark Crown Over SA sideways, perforated 10, overprinted "O.S." in black, vibrant bright colour, large part original gum, light horizontal crease as often found on this denomination, an attractive and otherwise fine example of this unused rarity. Cert RPSV (2016). Gi = £ 9'500.

1853: First Issue, 1d. blue on soft yellowish paper, unused, without gum, margins close to into frameline on all sides, good colour and of pleasing appearance, a rarity as unused. Gi = £ 13'000.

1857/67: Chalons, Recess Printed in Hobart from Perkins Bacon plates, selection of nine, imperforate, watermarked, a mix of examples with gum and without, a good representation of shades with 1d. (3, from brown to carmine), 2d. (2, shades of green and blue), 6d. (3, shades of violet, grey, and blue), and 1s. (1, quite fresh and with four margins), some small flaws, most with margins close to touching, a mostly fine-appearing group of these...

1892/1899: ½d. orange & mauve to £1 green & yellow, typographed by De La Rue, perforated 14, an unused set of ten, most lightly mounted, the £1 unmounted, overall nicely-centered and of good colour, the 10d. with a few shorter perfs noted for strict accuracy, else fresh and fine. Gi = £800.

1864: 5 s. brown, imperforate, margins clear on two sides, touched in places at top and foot, part toned original gum, pleasing deep colour and crisp impression, a scarce stamp Gi = £ 1'500.

Postal Fiscals, 1864 (January): 10s. salmon, strong impression of watermark Double Lined "1", margins large at foot, otherwise close to touching, toned original gum, good colour, fine. Gi = £ 1'500.

Postal Fiscals, 1900: 2s6d. lake, overprinted REVENUE in black, watermark TAS, unused, without gum,imperforate, with most margins close to ample but large at right, deep shade, unusual and extremely scarce. Cert. Ceremuga (2021). Gi = £ 1'800 as a pair.

1863/1900, Tasmania, powerful unused balance of collection, mounted on Seven Seas pages, many pages well-filled for the available spaces, without differentiation of watermark or perforation, beginning with a pleasing range of perforated 1863/71 Chalons, each watermarked with Double Lined numerals, displaying a range of shades and perforation gauges, 1870-91 definitive range with all but the 4d. blue from ½d. orange through 5s. mauve, 1899-...

1854 (Feb/June): Half-Length, lithographed by J. S. Campbell & Co., Melbourne, 1d. orange-red on wove paper, unused, without gum, mostly good to large margins all around, close but clear at upper right, exceptionally vibrant colour, a most attractive example of this rare stamp. 1855 (January 1): "Too Late", Typographed from woodblocks by Samuel Calvert, 6d. lilac & green, imperforate, unused without gum, four large to very large margins all around, vibrant fresh colour, an exceptional example of this rare stamp. Cert. Ceremuga (2016). Gi = £ 3'500.

1854/5: 2 s. dull bluish green on pale yellow, imperforate, an unused example with ample margins at left and right, touching in places on remaining sides, without gum, thinned at top but of good colour, a fine appearing example of a scarce stamp. Cert. RPSV (2016) Gi = £ 6'500.
