1876, Coat of Arms 5c. orange and 10c. violet on cover from Medellin to Bordeaux, clearly postmarked with high-contrast red oval "MEDELLIN" and faint blue c.d.s. 9 Oct alongside, via British P.O. "SAVANILA OC 16 76" and steamer "Para", London 13 Nov transit mark on reverse and same-day French entry marking "CALAIS" which also ties 5c. orange, several postage due and accountancy markings on front. Some toning on reverse/envelope opened at two sides is mentioned for accuracy only. Rare and attractive combination, stated to be the only mixed franking of this issue.
