1923/1926, USA, Railway incident, cover from Boston 27.1.23 to Canton, Ohio with two instruction marks alongside "IMPORTANT / Please note postmark on this piece of mail, JANUARY 27th 1923. / This mail was in pouch which was stolen while in custody of the Penna.R.R.Co. at the Canton Ohio Station, Sunday, January 28th, 1923. The pouch and mail was recovered by the Canton, Ohio Post Office under the direction of A.P.OWEN, Post Office Inspector, February 15th, 1926. / Leonard T. Cool, Postmaster.".
