1906, unadopted essay (2) of a rare project "letter card with paid reply," presented by Russia at the UPU convention in Rome 1906, overprinted "specimen". These examples were included in a large size book including various documents of the UPU convention. Each participant of the convention received one copy. - This lot includes two copies to show front- and reverse side on A4 size pages.
