1920, Japanese POW stationery letter for German prisoners in POW Camp Narashino (Chiba Prefecture) marked "[習志野]俘虜郵便Narashino" used on board Japanese steamer S/S Kifuku-maru (Kawasaki Shipping Line) with additional horizontal pair of EGYPTIAN 10 Millimes definitives cancelled PORT SAID 9 FEB 20 بور سعيد, by Registered Mail to Germany. Arrival cancel RENDSBURG 25.2.20. Cut open at three sides for display. Accompanied by its original registration receipt and "Kifuku-maru" courtesy card for the voyage. Very detailed Certificate of Authenticity by BPP expert Haspel (2012), says: "... genuine ... all cancels legible ..." and emphasizes "The only recorded [Narashino POW camp] stationery used abroad". Truly unique exhibition piece.
