1948 GANDHI: 10r. horizontal pair tied by two strikes of "VIZIANAGRAM CITY/27 AUG 48" double-ring d/s and part strike of large "... MADRAS CIRCLE" double-ring d/s, and both with traces of central 14mm punch holes used at telegraph stations and others. Nevertheless a fresh pair and a scarce usage.
