1982 (and later). Lot of 11 revenue stamps in blocks of 10 "Arms of Kuwait". Green frames with inscriptions in green and red. Different backdrop colors. Arabic script watermark "waraaqa maaliah" (= financial paper). Values: 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, 500 fils and 1, 2, 5, 10 dinar. All mint, NH. Scarce!
