Syria, Ottoman Post Offices. Telegram issued in Hama to OUMRANYE on "13 Mayis 1331" (26 May 1915) showing the clearly EXTREMELY RARE "OUMRANYE 1328 POSTA VE TELEGRAFHANE" black negative seal. Yakup Nakri in his photo-certificate states that this seal was used in the current Masyaf city, near Hama; the location was recorded by official Post office directory book of 1914 at page 214. Y. Nakri photoexpertise. EXTREMELY RARE POSTMARK UNRECORDED BY ANY CATALOG.
