Left 40 c. adhesive with light vertical file fold just mentioned for accuracy, the most attractive franking of 100 centesimi paying correctly the Shipmail double rate of twice 30 c. plus 40 c. registration fee until the Papal border. The entire was not taxed in the Papal States as it was directed to an official address.
