Bucharest 1867: 10 s. blue, a horizontal strip of four used on 1867 single rate cover to Paris via Strasbourg tied by "BUCAREST" circular datestamps (Sept 15) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 714) with "A / PD" alongside in red. Reverse with Vienna cds (Sept 19) and Paris arrival (Sept 22). Minor aging and two pinholes away from adhesives but a most attractive cover. Signed G. Lamy.
