First Issue, Overprinted at top 1903 (June 1): India 1 a. carmine, an unused example, 'B' over 'M' setting, showing variety "BR1TISH", fresh and fine, unmounted og., and a 1 a. carmine used horizontal pair showing variety "BRIT SH" on left hand stamp, cancelled by "Berbera" datestamps (Feb 1904), this last signed Holcombe. Scarce Gi = £ 475.
