Stamp Duty Series 1884/96: Lithographed £ 9 yellow-green on greenish, wmk. first V over Crown upright, perf. 12½, an unused example, centred to left with a fine depth of colour, horizontally overprinted by italic "Specimen." in black, some slight gum loss, part og. Just 1'320 printed and most were fiscally used. Extremely rare. Ceremuga states "currently only two or three examples this type recorded". Cert. Ceremuga (2011).
