Bryant personally to the Lt Governor of Dahomey. Transit marks of ANECHO (21 Jan.) in blue, GRAND-POPO (22. Jan.) and an arrival PORTO-NOVO. This is an exceptionally scarce letter with hardly any entires of this issue known.
