French Post Offices in Dobrudja 1875/79: France Type Sage 30 c. brown in a horizontal pair, used on 1877 entire letter from Kustendje to Constantinople, tied by neat "KUSTENDJE / TURQUIE" circular datestamp (March 26) in blue (Salles fig. 917) with information strike at left. Framed "MER NOIRE" cachet below in black applied on board the French steamer. An extremely rare cover. Signed Sorani.
