Auction 309-320 - Europe & Overseas - Day 6

1850: 6 cs. black, plate 2, type 12, used on cover, from CALDAS to ORTIGOSA, tied by a combination of a superb spider handstamp in black and the pre-philatelic GALICIA/CALDAS in red, with a further strike alongside, red datestamp of Padrón (19 March 1850), not quite four margins, some faults to the corners of the cover, although very fine appearance, a rare example.
