1940: Group of commemorative items, comprising; 'Buenos Aires Peace Conference', unmounted full set of Specimen overprint with punch hole (Scott 366-373); comes together with 1940 'Stamp Centenary' (Rowland Hill) set, imperforate blocks of four 2x, unused, unmounted (6 p. has debris on gum on one set), even margins all round (Scott 375-381 imperf.), and same set but singles as specimen imperforate no gum, an specimen perforate, punched, mounted lightly hinged, scarce assembly.
