Austrian Lloyd 1867/74. 10 s. blue adhesive used on 10 s. blue postal stationery envelope from Varna to Constantinople, tied by fine strike of "LLOYD AGENZIE / VARNA" circular datestamp (Sept 26) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 939). Crease at base but a rarity at double rate - as all Postal Stationery usages in Bulgaria are rare.
