British Protectorate 1815-1864 1829: Prepaid entire letter, disinfected by toasting, mailed from Kalamos Island to Lixuri, Cefalonia endorsed at top "From Calamos"- D1" (1d. paid), struck with circular "ISOLA D'ITACA" handstamp in black with hooded "ITACA" datestamp (April 24) on reverse alongside hooded "CEFALONIA" arrival (April 25). Scarce and fine entire.
