Russian Levant: 1863-1919, interesting stockbook of the Russian post offices in Turkey with a large number of stamps, including from the early Ropit issues, with a nice selection of the scarce 1909-1910 city overprints, mint never hinged multiples, the better 1913 Russia Romanov 3r. with 30 piaster overprint in used, etc... The condition is from slightly mixed to in general very fine. High catalogue value.
