Israel 1948 Interim - Jerusalem local map stamps . 25 Mil first issue complete sheet, all stamps with albino ovrprints (Bale # 103E). Mint never hinged with few tiny points gum toning, small perforation separation at bottom right corner margin & few light wrinkles at bottom corners.
