Short paid with Canadian "T 60 Centimes" round handsatmp alongside Israel box handstamp " Postage Due to pay 198pr".  2nd issue dues added for total of 198pr tied by Haifa P/Ms 6.18.1952 and with Haifa machine cancel on back 17.8.1952. Beautiful commercial cover between 2 maritime shipping companies. One vertical fold at left side, otherwise VF.
