Auction # 2407 WORLDWIDE + ARGENTINA: Special March auction

INTERESTING DUE MARK: Cover (with original content) sent from Petropolis to Uba (Minas Gerais) on 25/NO/1991 with meter postage for 90Cr. It was dispatched the day after the stamp RHM.H-28 (C-1766) was put into circulation nationally, which was not yet available in Petrópolis, and thus the cover received the framed rectangular due mark: "HANSENÍASE - PAGO Cr.", very rare. With some small stain spots, but very interesting piece for the specialist!
