1900年5月15日上海寄大沽海關混貼封，再轉寄天津，混貼蟠龍2分票及法國客郵5生丁各一枚，分別銷上海半切日戳和上海法國客郵局日戳，背面蓋多枚大沽和天津中轉和到達戳。少見的國內混貼封。
