CIP 10c , tied by Chinchow lunar year cds., on reverse with Hsian, Tientsin Chinese PO, French P.O. transit cds. and rare Chinchow #4 Letter Box cachet in red. Extremely rare, especially sent from small town in North West China. The letter sheet all complete with some parts split and rejoint.

1910年大清國郵政格式化郵簡自甘肅秦州寄比利時，單貼蟠龍票1角，銷秦州干支日戳，背面有西安、天津中國郵局、法國客郵局中轉戳及罕見的紅色秦州肆號信箱戳。內頁齊全但很多部分分離重接。非常罕見的大清國郵政郵簡，自西北小城市寄歐洲更是難得一見。
