1949年10月13日中式銀圓封自四川灌縣雙掛號寄重慶，背面混貼銀圓票加蓋灌縣地名4分票5枚及其他銀圓票3枚，合35分銀圓，符合當時國內雙掛號郵資，銷四川灌縣日戳，正面有重慶中轉和小龍坎到達戳。
