1949 - Proposed Design for Israel's Second Rosh Hashanah StampThis item showcases a design proposed for Israel's second Jewish New Year stamp, which was ultimately rejected. The design features a central scroll with the Hebrew blessing 'Leshana Tova' (for a good year), accompanied by an olive branch positioned at the bottom left. The surcharge of 10 is located at the bottom right corner, while the emblem of the Israel Post, a deer, is situated at the upper left corner.
