The sender's address is written on the back, indicating it was sent from a visitor at the Carmel Hotel in Safad and addressed to a family relative in Givat Ada. This cover is unique due to the combination of an Israel stamp and a pre-State of Israel postmark, which was accepted and used as the cover was indeed posted.
