On the reverse Kisumu 10 Mar 31 transit & Mwanza 16 Mar 31 receiving. This cover was probably placed in the wrong mail bag & was offloaded in error at Kisumu. By the time the mistake was discovered the flight had left for the last leg of it's journey and had to wait until the second southbound flight the following week the 16th. To be completed.
