St Andrews Bay South Georgia 18 Mar 1982 cachet. Hand addressed to Thame. This cancel was only in use from 24-30 March 1982 with only 60 covers serviced. With insert from Deputy Postmaster R K Headland apolgising for the delay in transmission stating the cover was in his hand luggage whilst a prisoner of the Argentines.Written up on 4 album pages with correspondence from Cindy Buxton who was filming at St Andrews Bay for Anglia Television at the time.
