Pre-Long Beach Auction #84

1847 N-13 R4 VF35. Glossy medium brown and light chocolate. Smooth and attractive for the grade. The only notable marks are a very light rim bruise between stars 2 & 3 and a dull diagonal nick on the cheek under the eye. LDS, die state d, with a small but strong rim cud break over the R in AMERICA. Removed from an NGC slab graded AU58BN (NGC label #308289-006 included, and it shows the attribution and Reiver provenance).
