Italy 1918 "Crose al Merito di Guerra" medal, bronze cross with laterally-pierced ball, the face with crowned cipher of King Vittorio Emanuele III (VEIII), upright sword with oak branch & "MERITO DI GUERRA" inscription. Five pointed star onreverse. On original ribbon. Slightly oxidised. Very Fine.
