ARAB-BYZANTINE: Facing Bust, ca. 640s-650s, AE fals (5.41g), "NKN ", "year 3 ", A-3508X, facing bust, wearing chlamys, derived from early beardless or shortbeard gold solidi of Constans II / type 3 follis design of Constans II, but with capital M instead of cursive, VF, RR. Overstruck on half of an earlier follis, of which part of the reverse exergue is visible on the obverse of this piece.
