Blue arrival cancel on 3/1/1861. RARE.

Egypt French office, folded letter paying four 80ct rate sent from Alexandria on 25/6/1861 to Lighorn Italy Kingdom, franked 3Fr and 20ct using pair of 40ct orange and single & pair of 80ct carmine (Yvert n 16 and 17) cancelled by diamond 3704. Still used the Grand Duchy blue arrival cancel on 4/7/1861. SCARCE HIGH RATED LETTER.
