This unique set is the only recorded example in this form. Cancelled by David Remez's collection handstamp and signature. Dimensions are approximately 20½ x 24cm.

1948, a cover locally posted in Haifa, insufficiently franked with two Doar Ivri 3mil stamps. The cover was marked by two black handstamps, one indicating 'To Pay 8 mil' and the other 'T.' It was then franked with additional 'T' overprinted Doar Ivri stamps, rendering them 'postage due' stamps.

J3) in Haifa on October 29th.
