Israel Postal History Postage Due - Singapore to Beer Sheva.  Airmail cover mailed by the American Consulate January 8 1957 (handstamp on back). Frank total of 30c Singapore stamps, tied by local p/ms, short paid with Red "T" on front. 200pr 3rd postage due stamps of the 3rd issue added upon arrival, tied by Beer Sheva p/m 14.4.1957. Unusual scarce despatch, 3 months voyage for airmail cover.
