1924/37: 2 c. brown, 3 c. green, 4 c. maroon, 5 c. orange-yellow and 10 c. purple on yellow, all in horizontal strips of three, overprinted SPECIMEN in black (Type D16), the strips as despatched by the UPU, applied to large piece and cancelled upon receipt by circular "POSTES ET TELEGRAPHES / MADAGASCAR / COLLECTION DU BERNE" in red. Superb and unique.
