1864 folded letter from London to HONGKONG via Marseilles, franked by 1858 2d. blue in combination with 1862-64 3d. carmine-rose and 1s. green, all tied by numeral "1" in oval of bars, red "1d." charge h/s alongside, backstamped "LONDON/JA 26/1864" cds and "HONGKONG/MR 15/64" cds both in blue. Letter with vertical folds and the 2d. cut by scissors at the right otherwise fine. An attractive three-colour franking
