1898 - Undeliverable mail: Postcard from Germany (bearing two 5pf. definitives tied 'Tettenborn 2/10 98) to Batavia (Java, Dutch Indies), onward from Batavia (30/11 98) to Nagasaki (arrived 24 Dec 98), making attempts to deliver the postcard on 7 different addressers in the neighbourhood of Nagasaki (seen an 7 labels attached), at least with red Nagasaki "Adresse incomplete ..." postmark and sent back to Germany.
