1976/1978, 25fils Pictorial AEROGRAMMES: Uncut horizontal tete-beche se-tenant printers composite plate proof pair with 'stamp' of one removed. The design with heavy diagonal lines and illustration of a Mosque was issed in 1978 with a stamp portrait of the Sheikh in an octagon - probably why the stamp portrait of this proof sheet example has been removed by the printer.
