Partial,lightly struck "Paid at Hong Kong" Crowned Circle h.s. in red (Webb type 8). "Br Packet/Boston/9 Feb" exchange office postmark and manuscript "due 5" for inland transmission. rated "1/8" . Reverse with "Hong Kong" double-arc date stamp (13.Nov). On reverse ms sender initials „M.B.W“. A repaired tear at mid top. Very fine and scarce usage to the USA .
