1862/63: 1 d. crimson-lake on thick paper, perf. 11½-12, a used example on 1863 entire Printed Circular to Pointe à Pitre, Guadeloupe, tied by "1" numeral obliterator in black with manuscript '1' alongside fair only "♚ / PAID / AT / TRINIDAD" in red; reverse with double arc 'Trinidad' despatch cds (Aug 2). Acid ink fault to address but unusual.
